I’m Rachel Hulme.

I am a degree qualified naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist.

Over the past 10 years I have been supporting women to feel their best. I work with women to help restore the energy and vitality that they used to have.

With a background in recipe creation and menu planning, my passion is to help women heal through a personalised nutritious diet of whole foods. My philosophy is food before supplements as the key to long lasting health.

My goal is to get to the root cause of what is triggering your symptoms so that true healing can occur. We can achieve this using a whole food diet, individualised supplement plans and lifestyle adjustments.

Can I start this program at any time?

Absolutely! There is no set intake for the program, you can start it whenever you want.

Is this like all the other E-courses available on the internet?

No, this is NOT an E-course. This is a personalised health program that is adjusted to your specific health needs. Healing is not a one-size-fits-all approach, so individualised treatment is essential.

Can I do this program if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

It is not recommended to follow a detoxification or cleanse program whilst being pregnant or breast feeding. If you have health concerns, please email and we can discuss what would be most suitable for you.

Can I do this program if I have diagnosed medical conditions?

Do I have to take supplements?
