Chocolate Crackles

  • ¾ C coconut oil
  • 2 Tbs honey
  • ¼ C raw cacao powder
  • ½ C nut butter (you can use peanut, almond or cashew)
  • ½ C desiccated coconut
  • 2 C puffed cereal (try either rice, quinoa, corn or millet)
  1. Melt the coconut oil
  2. Combine the coconut oil, honey and nut butter.
  3. Stir well to combine
  4. Add in the cacao powder, desiccated coconut and puffed cereal.
  5. Stir well to combine
  6. Line a muffin tray with paper cases.
  7. Fill paper cases with mixture.
  8. Place in the fridge to set for around 2 hours.
  9. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
