Lemon Digestive Water
Ingredients
- 1 glass water can be warm or cold
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- mint leaves optional
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients and drink.You can make a large bottle of this in advance and just pour a glass whenever you desire. This can be drunk throughout the day, especially 15-minutes before meals to support digestion.
