Simple Boiled Eggs
- 4 eggs
- 2 handfuls leafy green vegetables e.g spinach
- 1 tomato diced
- Boil the eggs to how you like themOnce boiled, cut them in half and scoop out the eggs.Place salad leaves and tomatoes in a bowl and top with the eggs.Season with salt and pepper to taste.These can also be served with Paleo Bread
