A fresh salad that is great on those warmer evenings.

Balsamic Strawberry Salad
Ingredients
- 400 gm chicken breast
- 1 punnet strawberries
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 150gm mixed salad leaves
- 1/4 cup pecan nuts
Instructions
- Place chicken breast in a bowl and marinate it in the olive oil and vinegar. Allow chicken to marinate for at least 20 minutes.Preheat grill and cook chicken until it is cooked through.Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.Slice chicken into strips.Trim the stems off the strawberries and cut them in half.Toss together the salad leaves, pecan nuts and strawberries.Top with grilled chicken. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
