Eggs and Sauteed Greens

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 bunch baby asparagus
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 Tbs butter organic


  • Cook the eggs to your liking (boiled, fried, scrambled)
    Heat a frying pan with a little butter.
    Add asparagus and cook for 2 minutes.
    Add the spinach and cook for 30 seconds
    Transfer vegetables to a plate and season with sea salt and pepper.
    Dice the avocado and add to the vegetables.
    Top with cooked eggs
