Fried Egg and Avo on Paleo Bread

  • 4 slices Paleo bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 avocado mashed
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Toast the paleo bread in a toaster, grill or sandwich press.
    Heat a frying pan and fry the eggs to your liking
    Top each slice of bread with mashed avocado, tomato and eggs.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste
