Lamb Steaks with Greek Salad
- 2 Lamb steaks/chops
- 2 tomatoes diced
- 1 Lebanese cucumber diced
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 cup green beans chopped
- 1/2 cup olives
- 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- sea salt and pepper to taste
Heat grill or BBQ. Season lamb chops with a little sea salt and pepper.Cook lamb chops to your liking.Toss together the chopped salad ingredients. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped basil.Serve lamb chops with a side of Greek salad.
