Lamb Steaks with Greek Salad

  • 2 Lamb steaks/chops
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber diced
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup green beans chopped
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • sea salt and pepper to taste


  • Heat grill or BBQ. 
    Season lamb chops with a little sea salt and pepper.
    Cook lamb chops to your liking.
    Toss together the chopped salad ingredients. 
    Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped basil.
    Serve lamb chops with a side of Greek salad.
